Legal
Privacy policy
This page is maintained by the Skadar Lake Guide editorial team to explain, in plain language, what happens to your data when you visit this site. It is a starting template — review it with your own legal adviser and adjust it to the tools you actually enable before going live.
What we collect
The site is a static publication. We do not require accounts and we do not ask for personal data to read anything. If you submit the contact form or subscribe to the newsletter, we receive the name and email address you enter and use them only to reply or to send the briefing you asked for.
Cookies and analytics
We set no advertising cookies. If privacy-friendly analytics are enabled, they record aggregate page views without cross-site tracking. Your browser settings can block any script this site loads.
Outbound partner links
Some links to local tour operators and accommodation are partner links. Following one takes you to a third-party website with its own privacy policy, which we do not control.
Your rights
You can ask us what data we hold about you, ask for it to be corrected, or ask for it to be deleted, by emailing hello@skadarlakeguide.com. Newsletter emails include a one-click unsubscribe.
Changes
When this policy changes materially we update this page and note the date of the change here.
